Images and questions
Uploaded images are processed temporarily to read your question. We do not save the image in our database. Your question is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to prepare an explanation. Please remove personal details before uploading.
Saved diagrams
Guest results expire after 24 hours. Signing in saves your generated explanation to your account. Sharing is optional: preview the explanation before creating a link. Anyone with that link can read it. You can revoke it. Uploaded images and raw prompts are not included.
Analytics and protection
We keep coarse topics, keyed query fingerprints, outcomes, timings, and conservative cost estimates for 30 days. We retain aggregate statistics longer. Short-lived, keyed network identifiers support abuse protection. We also count visits by broad source category, displayed explanation steps, pricing views, and browser-reported link copies or shares. These signals use daily keyed network deduplication, without new analytics cookies or cross-day visitor profiles. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for these optional activity signals. We do not store raw referrer URLs, diagram identifiers, share tokens, homework or images in activity events.
Accounts and payments
Google supplies your account identity, name, and verified email. Stripe handles payment details. We store your subscription status, not your card details. Essential cookies maintain your session and usage limits.
Advertising
Advertising is disabled until configured. When enabled, optional ad cookies require your choice. Rejecting them does not block the service. Some locations require a certified consent platform before ads can be enabled there.
Deletion and contact
You can delete saved diagrams in your account. To close a paid account, cancel its subscription first, then delete the account. Payment records may remain with Stripe as required for its services. Use the report button on any diagram. Billing support will be listed here before subscriptions launch.
